The letter I stands for Integrity. Integrity means being honest and having good character. This includes connecting with others by offering a listening ear. It also might mean that you have to wriggle yourself in an awkward position without any treats in sight, just to be near someone.

Yeah, I am trying some new yoga poses. This one is supposed to help with digestion, although my kidneys seem to get squashed a bit. Maybe Ruty can help me perfect the pose as she is older thus wiser (says my big sis). XOX, B.
