And yesterday the power was back on, and off, and on, and….. But yes, later in the afternoon, we seemed to be sort of back in business at headquarters. We cleaned up debris, opened hurricane shutters, and tried to get our act together. Ms. Zulu’s and I are good at supervising so that is what we did most of the day. We especially looked for squirrels because they steal enjoy the nuts on the hickory tree that fell down.
We are not supposed to chase squirrels but it’s hard to resist these guys. My excuse is that I could be a Treeing Tennessee Brindle. Thanks Amy for pointing out the breed. A DNA test didn’t mention this breed but I sure look like one!
I’m dead tired after all that hurricane stuff. So this Brindle is going to take a well-deserved nap with Bunny and Crab.
Zzzz,
Benji

Since Noodle, who we all know is a schnoodle, got his dubious DNA results, I don’t trust them any more. And your welcome. And how on earth do you resist chasing the squirrels?

The DNA test was done out of curiosity. It doesn’t matter what breed I am. I am Benji. To answer your question, a lotta treats and practice…

I am sure curiosity is the main factor for any of us who get their dog DNA checked. Nothing will change how much we love them or treat them. I still think you do a fantastic job not chasing squirrels, no matter how much training you got. 🙂

A Treeing Tennessee Brindle sounds interesting! Glad you are all OK and cleanup from the storm is not too bad.

Benji, so everything is in order, but not your yard. Your staff have a lot of work to do, but it is easy when you are the boss telling what to do.
