Yep, we’re still alive. Although sometimes I wonder as my tummy always seems to be in need of more yummies. This time of the year is busier than ever with lots of trips and whatnot. Yesterday we went sailing again on the sailing Follower. The humans went too. They come in handy. After all, V.I.D.s shouldn’t have to lift a paw. I’m still waiting for the helicopter to haul us doggies on board. Even a lift-boy would do. I heard that’s what they do with the big V.I.P. sailors. Not sure why that hasn’t happened yet for us special agents.

Benji a.k.a. Mr. B or 0011
Hi, guys and gals, it’s me, Benji. I’ve had a busy week and been trying to keep my head above water. Last week I was at doggie daycare e-fury single day. Man-o-man, I played hard and slept hard and still was tired! My plan was to rest for at least a week after all that but I guess there is just no rest for the wicked. The day before Halloween I had to drive to the end of the world again with the humans. This time, the big white float, that still has to prove that it can float, had to be coaxed to follow us home. It was my task to make sure it would safely do so. I have to say I did a fine job because the float arrived in one piece and now happily sits in our backyard. I’m pretty sure there will be a follow-me-to-the-water kind of trip soon. Hope I can keep my head and paws dry. But first I will take a well-deserved nap.
Yes, you’re on a roll

Finally, we are getting to the visit of the prison puppy. I wasn’t always invited to the outings but I did get to play and hang out with him. A seven-month-old pup can be exhausting and I got tired already after only two days of fun. The pup was here for a week so you can imagine that I had to sleep and sleep after he was gone. I can tell you, those pups can play! I wonder if I played that much when I was a youngin. Hmm, someone nods yes; I just can’t imagine it.
At the firestation
So what did the puppy do when he was at our place? Well, he got to go shopping, he went to a fire station where he met real firefighters, and sniffed out firetrucks and ambulances. I showed him some of my favorite places near the water. Of course, I told him to always keep his feet dry. No dog should ever get wet.
Keep your head cool and your feet dry,
